Samantha Fox Strip Poker. Yes, really. I didn’t buy this one - it appeared on a magazine cover tape somewhere along the way, as these things tended to do in the 80’s.

The game itself is a surprisingly competent five-card draw poker engine with a strip-reveal gimmick bolted on. Under the hood there’s actually some interesting code worth poking around in.
